Responsibilities
• Coordination with client, consultant, Head office, Vendors / Supplier
• Complete study of tender documents, Drawings, project specifications & BOQ

• Coordination with design department, Shop Drawings submission & approval, Drawings revisions, Variations and maintaining the drawings log

• Making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project
• Managing the Material Technical Submittals & Samples for approval from consultant, Generating PRN’s as per approvals and project requirement & maintaining the logs
• Inspection of delivered material with client & Consultant to get approval & submit the invoice documents against delivered material
• Planning about work and efficiently organizing the plan and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines
• Resolving the issues and problems at site during execution work
• Monitoring & Supervising the site team regarding execution and issuance of material for installation and try to achieve the execution plan to avoid any delay
• Supervision, leading and installation of MV, LV & ELV Systems (Transformers, Panels, Fire Alarm System, PA System, Data & Telephone System, IT Racks, FACP Panels, Amplifiers, NVR, Ethernet switches, Data Patch Panels, CCTV Camera & LCD’s
• Inspection of site work with consultant & client to verify the quality of work, Approval & submission of IPC (Interim Payment Certificate)

Electrical Engineer

Project: Hammad International Airport Redline Station Terminal 1, Doha
Responsibilities
• Site Execution
 Installation of Hangers, Supports, cable tray & Ladder according to feasible route, other services & ceiling levels
 Installation of GI & PVC conduits (Surface or concealed) for General & Emergency wiring (Lighting, Power & ELV System)
 Lighting & power wiring, Fire & PA system wiring, Data Cable wiring
 MV Cable laying from power station to VCB’s & Transformers
 LV Cable Laying from Panels to DB’s and equipment’s
 Construction of earth pits, connection with mesh & cabling from pit to equipment’s
 Installation of Panels & DB’s
 Termination of LV cable & wiring cables in panels & DB’s
 Supervision of site teams working at site
 Monitoring the quality of work as per site requirement

Site Engineer

Project: NISHAT Emporium Mall, Hotel & Banquet, Lahore
(9-Zone, L-0 to L-3 Mall Area & L-4 to L-11 Hotel & Banquet Area)
Responsibilities
At NISHAT Emporium Mall as a site Engineer my everyday working enclosed many challenging activities like
• Coordination with design department and construction manager to plan the execution work
• Study of BOQ & shop drawings to understand the scope of work, and deliver the data at site for execution
• Quantification of all respective items and fixtures as per shop drawings and any other detail given by consultant & client in order to install the material and according to BOQ
• Inspection of delivered material to ensure that all material is as per approved submittal & specifications
• Follow up the pre/post inspections by consultant/client of installation at site
• Learn and overseeing the HSE matters
• Preparation of site inspection reports as required
• Discussion with construction managers regarding any query that may arise at site
• Update the Additional works & variations in Design
• Drafting & Quantification in AUTOCAD up to basic level
• After execution work preparing of as built drawings with design department
• Marking and tagging of all cables laid at project
• Preparation of handing over documents
• Preparation of DB’s directories after termination
• Preparation of megger reports for all cables and circuits
