Responsible to work as sub section Incharge and manage general shift duties accordingly
Responsible to lead fault tracing & troubleshooting guides to trace and fix operational faults with
the help of schematic drawings, catalogues etc.
Responsible to manage shut down inspection schedule regarding predictive maintenance and
PPM schedule (weekly, fortnightly, & monthly).
To supervise SKF monthly reports regarding motor vibration, thermography etc.
To supervise and verify relays settings and coordination data suggested by EPESOL.
Responsible to remain in touch with environment team to discuss environment monitoring
reports on dust, smoke (boiler case) and noise for, safe environment at plant mission.
Checking the weekly inspection report of 500 KVA emergency generator.
Inspection and running of boilers and delivering its status report to utility staff.
Supervising daily monitoring and visual inspection of transformers ( i.e 2000 KVA, 1600 KVA, 800
KVA ) , LT/HT motors and Simoverts (frequency drives) in area.
Inspecting and supervising daily maintenance on Bottom (Kiln Inlet) and Top (Kiln Outlet) gas
analyzers.
Inspecting Monthly AQMS station Analyzers . (NOx, SOx, CO, O3 & Dust (PM 10, PM 2.5)
Responsible to daily update of UPS and smart energy meter history sheet.
To monitor the earth pits resistance using earth tester (module KEW 4106) and checking lightning
arresters conditions for safety hazards.
Attended seminars to get familiar with ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and ISO 9002, Environment safety,
PRESCON on predictive maintenance, self-safety etc.
Worked on the up gradation of FLS Kiln Pfisters (Main & Calciner ) , Supervised the whole project
under the guidance of senior Engineers.
Got familiar with different type of power sources being used in D.G.K.C.C.
Got familiar with advanced networking system (CISCO / SCADA).
Daily working with temperature and pressure sensors i.e PT100, PT1000, Cerabars ,deltabars ,
proximity sensors , levels, K&J type thermocouples, limit switches, solenoid valves etc.
