I remained under training at the plant in mining department of Pioneer cement Pvt. from July 2, 2018 to July 17, 2018 and successfully completed the training.
Duties and Responsibilities:-
• At the drilling site: optimizing drilling by noting drilling rate in fractured rock as well as in competent rock.
• At blasting sites: (controlled blasting) preparing the blast circuit along with Delays and reducing the muck pile as well as fly rocks
• .At production, loading and dumping sites: Noting the time and travel , optimizing the spotting time and also the total time travel , loading and dumping. Observing the behavior of drivers at various timings
• At the crusher: Monitoring the Crusher, keeping an eye on the belt speeds, increasing the required and optimum production to the mill -
