About me
With background of Electrical Engineering and the successful accomplishment of 7800TPD cement line commissioning at Kohat Cement Ltd. I effectively managed the cement line shift operations to attend and rectify the operational issues with hands on experience to ensure smooth running of the process, and timely updated the progress and condition of the plant to the managers for record and preventive maintenance thereby fulfilling the expectations of the company and stakeholders

• Currently managing the shift operations of the newly commissioned 7800TPD plant
• Addressing and troubleshooting all the operational issues associated with process and generating the reports regarding the issues
• Keenly observing and timely inspecting all the electrical equipment including Motor Frequency Drives, Transformers, MV and LV Motors, and Motor Soft Starters etc, to ensure smooth operation of the process
• Highlighting the preventive maintenance points to work on
• Keeping track of all the troubleshooting and maintenance work carried out during operations for better handling of the process and to predict the required work in future
Achievements:
• Completed the commissioning work of the 7800TPD new cement line along with the Chinese company SINOMA
• Duly reported to the project managers about the work progress and field work condition
• Performed different tests on the electrical equipment such as megger insulation test of motors and cables, MV breaker contact resistance test and breaker insulation test, substation earth test, high potential test of equipment & transformers, and transformer oil test to ensure it meets the standard values before operation
• Generated the test reports and reported to the project managers for the record and observation to ensure it meets the standard
• Studied the contract and electrical drawings of the project to validate the commissioning work as per agreement
• Attended training programs by Shell, Chemical Synergies, and Chemical Kinetics

• Performed the duty of placement and inspection of all the equipment received for the 7800TPD new cement line erection work
• Duly reported to the project managers regarding equipment condition as received and intimated regarding their condition and quality
• Kept track of the placement of the equipment to help in reclaiming the equipment for erection work
• Observed and learned the cement manufacturing process as a junior engineer
• Worked on the maintenance of different electrical equipment including MV and LV Motors, Motor Frequency Drives, Motor Soft Starters, and Transformers etc

• Worked on the cement mill commissioning work
