New Islamabad Airport – Complete coordination with CAA Pakistan as member of project committee from IT Department of PIA. Completed IT deployments within 1 year timeline.
DR Site – Successfully Deployed DR site of 15 servers (Linux, Windows, Solaris, etc) as PIA replica at NTC data center with active –active formation..

MPLS (Layer-3) Connectivity – Introduced and deployed MPLS – L3 connectivity in PIAC nationwide IT infrastructure.

Analytical Reports – Prepared complete summarized reports on Sabre and SITA services acquired by PIAC since 1999. The report includes all technical and financial details of these services.

Cloud Based PIA Call Center -. Designed/Finalized the RFP and performed technical evaluations of participants. We saved the cost up to USD 30,000 / month. (USD 0.36 Million / year)

Higher Education Commission – Initiated and won the HEC 100K dongles project in continuation of Prime Minister Laptop Scheme worth 209 Million PKR. The project delivery was completed within 6 months.
National Highway Authority – Deployed APN based nationwide solution on 4G connectivity. The solution was designed to fulfill the needs of their centralized Attendance software and financial application for toll collection.
Responsibilities
• Introduced CMPAK- ZONG in Data Market and make it able to open new ventures in terms of Data services.
• Senior Member and Decision maker of strategy and advisory committee for evaluation and finalization of proposed Data Products designed for Corporate Clients.

Achievements
Elections 2013 -As Project Lead, connected 513 sites for internet using DSL, OFC, VSAT and MPLS based services for DC / RO Offices of ECP across Pakistan. The duration of this project was 3 months and worth PKR. 40 Million. It includes coordination among multiple vendors and higher and middle level officials of ECP Pakistan

(DGs, Directors, DCO’s,), Ministry of IT (Secretary IT, Members and DGs), Country head and Project heads of UNDP as donor and facilitator of the project.
AIOU – Launched “Taleemi Cloud services” for AIOU users across Pakistan, including 1.3 Million students, 70K Teachers. It includes, EVO 3.1 Mbps as Internet Connectivity medium with customized Cloud based services.

MH & MP – Designed and proposed nationwide solution of Internet and Data Connectivity along with Speed Section Control at Motorway Pakistan.

UNICEF – Activated Toll Free no along with Call Center Solution for UNICEF campaign called Healthy Child of Pakistan.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for 6 personal team at North Region.
• Direct coordination with higher officials including GMs, EVPs and SEVPs for updates and fault resolutions.
• Attended and participated at high level meeting at PTCL and its customers.
