At ACPL my major contribution includes:
• Assists in investigating and identifying causes of machinery malfunctioning and working on resolving it. Gaining hands on experience of independent evaluation and deviation from standard procedures. Working on machine testing and repairing
• Conducted day to day monitoring and inspection activities of rotary equipment
• Manage all documentation related with third party monitoring services
• Review and analyze monitoring reports
• Part of hot kiln alignment team by FLSmith
• Responsible for planning of shutdown jobs and their smooth execution
• Assist lubrication team through monitoring of equipment

Senior Engineer

Recruited to provide businesses in finding their perfection and optimization related to all technical and administrative actions, including supervisory actions, intended to retain equipment in, or restore equipment to a state in which it can perform a required function. Charged with improving cost reduction and energy management program through improving equipment, operational and repair procedures. Oversaw cement area including both ball mill and vertical roller mill. My key contributions include:
• Specifying and ordering all spare parts through indents and their follow-ups
• Analyzing equipment, operating data for Loesche so it ensures equipment is operating as close to design parameters
• Conduct technical audit for Vertical Mill under the guidance of technical manager Loesche
• Provide technical guidance for preventive and predictive maintenance techniques that contributes in reducing the downtime of plant to 38 percent at initial stage
• Streamlined standards for maintenance overhauls and outages with assistance by QA department to improve productivity
• Consult at a technical level with maintenance craft workers concerning equipment or work related problems that helps in troubleshooting of numerous equipment’s such as heat exchangers, bearings, belt conveyors, pumps, compressors etc.
• Track maintenance and repairs using CMMS
• Charge with replacement of IKN pendulum grate cooler spring metal straps along field supervisor of IKN
• Internal auditor of 5’S and Kaizen activities which helps in maintaining 5’S standards at plant
• Insured the continuous implementation of a preventive maintenance program including the planning and coordination of major scheduled maintenance outages
• Verify calibration of rollers and supervise hard-facing of master rollers and table for vertical roller mill.

President's Gold Medal

I recieved president\'s gold medal in Masters Programme at Pakistan Navy Engineering College for securing top position in my batch.
