    Millat Equipment Limited

    Assistant Maintenance Manager

Led the installation and commissioning of a diverse range of equipment, including 350 units of gear manufacturing machines, 500 KVA engines, reciprocal compressors, weigh bridges, cooling towers, and piping systems for natural gas and water. Additionally, I developed a comprehensive database for technical documentation and drawings to enhance information management.

Collaborating closely with electric companies, I ensured the seamless integration of PLC and relay control systems, adhering strictly to operational standards. I presented monthly updates to senior management, highlighting completed projects and outlining upcoming plans.

To ensure the timely availability of critical components, I secured spare parts and forged partnerships with local vendors. I also formulated CAPEX and OPEX budgets and streamlined inventory management of critical spares, optimizing stock levels to support maintenance operations and minimize downtime.

Furthermore, I coordinated the scheduling and supervision of preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) activities to optimize equipment performance.

Gaining hands-on experience in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of gear manufacturing machines, I worked with various equipment types, including gear hobbers, gear shavers, gear shapers, lathe machines, and grinders, as well as pumps (gear, vane, centrifugal), valves (two-way, four-way hydraulic and pneumatic, non-return, pressure reducing, gate, globe, butterfly), screw-type compressors, and gearboxes. I also conducted interviews to recruit and build a skilled technical team, managing and leading a diverse team of engineers and technicians.
