Quality Controller / Road Tester

Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Tasks:
1: To carry out final quality control of finished vehicle ensuring all work recorded has been completed in line with approved methods and to company’s standard.

2: Update regarding any defects / deficiency or additional jobs found on vehicle and forward the job card to control room for necessary approvals and repairs.
3: Road test the job completed vehicle for the quality of work.
4: Update the concerned Foreman regarding the findings in quality check-up.
5: Perform other duties that may be assigned by the superior.
6: Maintain all Quality records.

Mechanic

A mechanic is responsible for inspecting and repairing vehicles, machinery, and light trucks. Also known as service technicians, these professionals oversee maintenance inspections, monitor inventory, assemble mechanical components, and perform repairs. They usually work in garages that are indoors.

Assistant Mechanic

Assist the mechanics in the performance of mechanical repairs as required. * Pick up and deliver auto/bus parts, supplies and vehicles. * Repair minor vehicle damage; replace broken windows; touch up minor scrapes and dents; clean, sew, repair upholstery. appropriate use of safety equipment and disposal procedures.
