• Assisted in installation and commissioning of a new cement packing line including major
equipment of belt bucket elevator, vibrating screen, and rotary packer (Make: Haver and Boecker).
(Achievement: Cement dispatch capacity increased by 20%)

Trainee – Maintenance Engineer July 2018 – Dec 2018
• Found and fixed potential air leakages in pneumatic pipes and fittings by conducting Air Audit of
plant, in collaboration with Atlas Copco. (Achievement: 8M/year cost savings)
• Assisted in overhauling of the main gearbox (Make: Flender P2DA) of rotary kiln, for ThyssenKrupp
GmbH 7600 tons/day capacity plant, in teamwork with German Engineer. (Achievement: Kiln
lighted up before the deadline, reduced plant downtime)

• Improved efficiency of the induced draft cooling towers through design modifications:
a) Optimized heat transfer by increasing contact time & area between spraying water and air
b) Cellulose film fill opted for the cooling tower to provide a target temperature drop of 15°
