# Ensure transportation of 2 million metric tons of Urea across Pakistan on annual basis by managing
operations within a total logistics budget of USD $24 million.
# Guarantee truck availability in the plant at all times on a Just in Time basis through close liaison with
haulage contractors & in-house logistics. Not a single metric ton of product can be dumped in the bulk
warehouse because of trucking shortages due to any reason that is political instability or seasonal
fluctuations.
