Job Descriptions & Details

 Responsible for the operational matters of HR

 To provide assistance to Head HR in respect of plant site activities.

 To control and coordinate the activities of recruitment and selection under intimation to Head HR.

 To monitor and control the status of vacant positions on a regular basis.

 Day-to-day execution and coordination with HO and the Plant Management for HR-related matters/Approvals.

 New employees join through data feeding in Human Resource Management System (HRMS).

 Responsible for end-to-end recruitment i.e., job descriptions review, job advertisements, resource search, interview process, test assessment, offer management, verifications, onboarding, joining documentation, announcements, resignations, final settlements, exit interviews, etc.

 Responsible to manage HR Services Section by timely execution of offer, appointment, transfer, promotion, and various other letters.

 

 

 

Recruitment & Selection:

 Establish a strong rapport with hiring managers to develop a talent management strategy to fill all vacancies in a timely manner.

 Ensure clear mutual understanding of staffing priorities & assist hiring managers during the recruitment process where needed.

 Present fully screened, qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner. Review candidate qualifications with hiring managers.

 Manage candidate interview results and selection decisions with the hiring manager. Provide candidates feedback on interview results.

 Reference checks on selected candidates. Complete a background check as requested

 To control and coordinate the activities of recruitment & selection cycle including job requirements & preparing jobs ads for vacant positions under intimation to Head HR

 Post advertisements in a variety of newspapers, social media networks, etc. including Screen/review applications evaluating such factors as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge, and ability, and develop a shortlist of potential candidates to forward to the hiring managers.

 Finding, acquiring, assessing, and hiring candidates to fill roles that are required to meet company goals & fill project requirement

 Work with the hiring managers to develop job descriptions and announcements.

 To review, share shortlisted profiles with concerned HOD regarding interview scheduling and conducting, selection and negotiation of terms of employment, etc

 Follow-ups the process of hiring approvals in consultation with Head HR.

 Manage offer process and negotiate compensation package including salary, benefits, etc. with the selected candidates.

 Prepare offer letter/employment agreement for signature by hiring manager, Plant Head & others as appropriate.

 Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection are done in accordance with company policies.

 Maintain & keep up-to-date ‘’employee referral program” with all new job openings at Plant Site.

 Verification of selected candidates from concerned Police Station before joining.

 Pre-arrival preparation & planning for a new employee including workspace arrangements, necessary equipment, and vehicle as per entitlement.

 Making new joining/organization announcement of a new joiner.

 Introduction, orientation with HR Team, team & meeting with functional heads.
