Control Room Operator
To control and regulate the process of Vertical Cement Mill having 60t/h capacity supplied by Sinoma in co-ordinate with process engineer and shift supervisor
To run the plant at its optimum so as to achieve the production Targets.
To insure and complains the operation process to achieve the goals set by production manager
To monitor all the process values ensuring that process run accordingly
To control process according to standard operation procedure and made effort to comply it with the operating condition. i.e. pre-heating condition periodical shutdown as well as emergencies depending on the situation and condition of plant
To ensure the process parameters according to the result.
Plant is PLC based control system and I am fully capable to. Start and stop machines, regulate process, receive information of process, operate according to the condition and try to over come irregularities.
To generate relative record such as shift report i.e.the production report,stoppages report.
Co-ordinate among service departments during maintenance.
Produced written reports on all shift activities, with oral reports and emergency notifications delivered as directed by established security procedures.
Perform emergency operations during unit trips and abnormal operating conditions to place plant equipment in a safe operating condition.
Trained new operators on deck operations, control room operations, water injection operations, etc.
Provided experience in plant start-up operations. -
